Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or check in the amount equaling a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Tax is currently 17.4% and subject to change.
IMPORTANT DATES
- August 1, 2018: Rooming lists are due. After this date, rooms without individual names are subject to cancellation.
- August 13, 2018: HANNOVER MESSE USA housing cancellation deadline. And reservations cancelled after this date will be charged a penalty equal to the amount of the first night’s room and tax per room cancelled after to deadline.
BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS:
HANNOVER MESSE USA has designated Connections Housing as the only housing provider for the event. Some companies and organizations may claim that they are partners with HANNOVER MESSE USA, but your room may not be guaranteed, available at all or will just take your deposit. Should you be contacted by someone other than Connections Housing, please let us know by emailing Mark Kennedy and do not book your guest room with them.
