Registration Policies

Registration charges appear on your credit card statement as payment to AMT-IMTS McLean VA.

Exhibit Hall-Only Registration is non-refundable.

CHANGES: Changes can be made at any time. Additional charges may apply if you upgrade your registration.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions are allowed. If badges have been mailed then a badge must be returned prior to a substitution being made.

AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING: No recording or taping is allowed without permission from HANNOVER MESSE USA and IMTS Show Management.

PHOTO POLICY: I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, film likeness and/or sound recordings to be used for any legitimate purpose by the organizer, producers, and sponsors.
